Ransom Recovery is about setting captives free from their hurts, habits, and hang-ups. We do that by worshiping free of inhibition, living free of sin and serving free of self.
In each weekly meeting at Ransom Recovery, we introduce a principle of recovery from pain. The principles are based on the traditional twelve-step program of AA and have their roots in the Beatitudes found in Mathew 5 in the New Testament. Together, these two concepts help guide us on a path to recovery. This path leads us to peace and serenity which can only come from Abba Father God. It is REAL and it is available for you. God wants you to know that it is OK to STOP struggling. It is OK to put down those burdens you carry, and “Come to Him you who are burdened and heavy laden. Rest in His peace.”
Here are just a few of areas that we can pray and support you in:
- Life Issues Groups
- Anger and Control
- Chemical Dependency
- Food Issues
At 4:45 PM every Sunday, attenders attend discussion groups that include some of the following: Grief Share, Divorce Care, Men’s Group, Women’s Group, and a book study called The Cure.
When groups are over we come together to worship at 6:00PM with a full Sunday service. The Ransom Church believes that healing starts with worshiping the Father together in community. The opposite of addiction is not sobriety, it’s community. So we are praying that you will allow us to adopt you into our family. Please feel free to invite your friends, family, and anyone who needs to be loved on
