My Life Is Not a Hallmark Movie is a Christmas series about a God who meets us in real life — not the filtered version. Whether this season feels joyful or heavy, you’re invited to find peace, belonging, and the kind of hope that lasts long after the lights come down.

WHAT TO EXPECT
What should I wear?
Feel free to wear whatever is most comfortable for you. There’s no pressure to dress up. Come as you are. We can’t wait to meet you.
Will there be programming for my kids?
YES! Ransom Kids will be available for 0 through 3 years old!
How long will it be?
Each gathering will be about an hour long. But it won’t feel like an hour. We’ve got some great things planned and you’re going to wonder where the time went!

CHRISTMAS OFFERING
“Every Christmas, it is tradition that 100% of our offering from Christmas Gatherings is donated to ministries outside of our normal contributions. This year, we will be collecting for World Hope International, Global Partners, + Bishop Dudley.
World Hope International – “World Hope International is a Christian relief and development organization bringing hope in hard places by partnering with and empowering vulnerable and exploited communities to alleviate poverty, suffering, and injustice. We work through our three pillars of clean water, global health, and protection, as well as partnering with the local church, in order to see sustainable transformation in the way and in the name of Jesus.”
Global Partners – “We take a strategic approach to launching and growing local churches in global communities. Empowered by the Holy Spirit, the result is a ripple effect of disciples making disciples and churches planting churches, until the gospel is spread from everywhere to everywhere.”
Bishop Dudley – “The Bishop Dudley Hospitality House offers a warm, safe and secure place to start the road back to a more stable, long-term way of living. In 2024, We served 2,027 unique individuals, 29 families, and 56 children. Located in downtown Sioux Falls, our facility is within walking distance of several agencies that provide programs for the needy, supporting the proven plan to work in partnership with existing agencies to coordinate many services under a single roof.”
