She has a lot of stress because of the situation of her daughter having terminal cancer. Prayers that she will be able to breathe better and that she will get a miracle from God because we know God still gives us miracles please pray.

For my sister, Paulette " Punkie" who has severe dementia. She needs to go to the doctor today. She has been unwilling to do anything anybody asks of her. In the last two weeks she's tried to hit her son Stephen who lives with her. She has no strength because she has not had good nutrition. She can't remember the foods that she likes so she only has been eating Reese's peanut butter cups. She tries to escape she wants to get down to the basement steps which are dangerous for her. Punkie has a cute little safari hat so I told her she should wear that to her appointment today.

Today was better I read her Psalm 145 verse 18 it says "the Lord is close to all who call on him, yes to all who call on him in truth.

And I told her all she has to do is call out JESUS. I also played and sang her favorite hymn "it is well with My soul".

When my parents had their celebrations of life, Punkie's nephew played his guitar and sang " I Can Only Imagine" by Mercy Me.

Punkie's grandson Nick came over to spend the day with his Grandmother. She ate yogurt while he was there. I know our GOOD FATHER is working on my request for Punkie's miracle.

Also please pray for me I'm bipolar and I seem to always talk too much or in this case write too much.

I love you all because you're all sisters and brothers in Christ.

Our family has an opportunity to host a baby boy through Harbor Families that is a half brother to our youngest son. This situation has several unknowns and will be very difficult emotionally. Please give Matthew and I wisdom as we prayerfully consider going through with hosting (giving our answer Monday, August 11). Pray for the birth parents so they make decisions that are best for baby and them. Align all of hearts with God’s plan during this unique situation.
