Please pray for a soft heart for a hard work relationship I'm dealing with. I keep having to verbally not recieve any rejection in those moments because the enemy has been trying hard to get a foothold there and using this person as an entry point. But I continue asking God to help show me how to love this person with His agape love and to see them as the beloved child of God that they are - through HIS eyes and not my own. It's been helping but extra prayers around this would truly be appreciated.

May God bless the leaders of this church - our pastors, elders, and thise serving in His ministry. May God send His Heavenly armies to surround them defending them in battle. May He give them discernment on which paths to take. And may He also send His Holy Spirit fire to surround them and their families. I thank God for those in our church who are working hard for His kingdom. Praise God for His everlasting grace and mercy and love and that His promises are true and His word is not void. I'm in awe at His power and glory and might.

My cousin has been battling cancer for a few years. We thought he had it beaten but it morphed into a different form and after a few treatments and it not having any effect has decided to stop treatments. They are giving him only a few months. Prayers for an easy passing for him and prayers for his family. He leaves a wife of I think 50 years, and 2 kids with families of their own. He is also survived by 2 younger brothers. Hits home to me since I just lost my sister in Oct. They are having a "cousin" gathering so we can all basically come and say goodbye. Sad day but at least we can all have the opportunity to say goodbye

I would love prayer for a book study I will be leading on Jan. 22nd and 23rd and Feb. 26th and 27th. As a fundraiser for my kids' public school, I offered to lead a book study for The Anxious Generation. It isn't a Christian book, but as I read it, I kept thing about how when we are distracted, we can't fully enjoy God's gifts and his Love. For the most part, we will be sticking to the topics of the book, but I also know a spiritual discussion could naturally happen.

Pray however you feel led... and here are some things swirling around in my head.

- my nerves, doing something totally new for me

- that our conversations are free from judgement and gossip

- that parents are drawn towards Jesus

- wisdom for me in directing the conversations
