Praying or healing, Friday I was struck with immediate, extremely painful back pain that has not yet gone away. Any movement is painful, laying in bed is mostly a neutral spot for me, this weekend I have needed my husband's help, with everything. I've been working with my chiropractor for some relief, but it feels slow moving. I do stay at home, with three kids, so I am worrying about how long this recovery could take.
